Aviation technology provider, SITA, will supply 43 airports in India with baggage and passenger processing technology in an agreement with the Airports Authority of India.
Sabre and HRS will integrate HRS Crew and Passenger Solutions technology with existing Sabre products.
Malaysia-listed Sapura Resources has signed a heads of agreement with United Arab Emirates-headquartered Royal Jet LLC to sell its aviation services business at Kuala Lumpur's Subang Airport. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Thales will commence exclusive negotiations to acquire safety cockpit communication systems supplier Cobham Aerospace Communications for US$1.1 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2024 subject to regulatory approvals.
