China Southern Airlines (CSA) has announced Liu Chang Le has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the carrier for health reasons. Pansy Catilina Chiu King Ho has been nominated as a new independent non-executive director, with approval of her position to be put to a vote at a second extraordinary general meeting of CSA on August 3.
