While about 30 flights were delayed on the first day MAG implemented its new catering plan and established a temporary distribution centre at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Captain Izham said the figure had fallen to fewer than 10 flights a day. "We hope consumers understand this phase that we are going through. It will not be forever," Captain Izham was quoted as saying.
