Eve Air Mobility said South Korea-based urban air mobility company, Moviation, had signed a letter of intent to purchase its Urban Air Traffic Management solution.
Embraer and SIA Engineering Company's Philippines subsidiary have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to explore expanding the pair's partnership to include maintenance, repair and overhaul services for the airframer's E2 family of aircraft.
ST Engineering and Quickstep Holdings have announced a partnership covering the supply and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of engine nacelles. Under the agreement, Quickstep will establish a pool of nacelles for Airbus and Boeing aircraft in Australia, while ST Engineering will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for the aircraft engine part.
