United Airlines has placed top-up orders for 60 A321neo, with deliveries from 2028 to 2030, and 50 787-9s scheduled to arrive at the carrier from Boeing over three years from 2028. The Star Alliance member also has taken up options for up to 50 787s and purchase rights for up to 40 A321neo.
Pratt & Whitney (P&W) has announced Taiwan’s flag carrier, China Airlines (CAL), has inducted its first P&W geared turbofan engine on a CAL A321neo.
