Rolls-Royce is eliminating 2,000-2,500 jobs in a restructuring of its business units intended to streamline the organisation, remove duplication and deliver cost efficiencies. The engine manufacturer also announced chief technology officer, Grazia Vittadini, will leave the company in April next year. “We are building a Rolls-Royce fit for the future,” Rolls-Royce CEO, Tufan Erginbilgic, said. “Our business is full of committed, talented people. I believe these changes will enable them to build greater capability in areas critical to our long-term success. This is another step on our multi-year transformation journey to build a high performing, competitive, resilient and growing Rolls-Royce.”

Kuehne+Nagel and SATS have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to co-develop and implement solutions for customers throughout Asia, Europe and North America to “drive value chain improvements and sustainability efforts within the air logistics industry”.

Singapore Airshow has opened registrations for trade delegations to the February 20-February 25, 2024 aerospace showcase.
