Auckland Airport forecasts three million passenger increase in 2023-2024

Read More » “We are predicting a 29% increase in flight capacity from November 2023 to March 2024 compared with the same months pre-pandemic,” Hurihanganui told shareholders this week at the airport company’s annual general meeting. “There is now a promising recovery on routes to and from China after a slower start due to protracted travel restrictions. For the full 2024 financial year, we anticipate international passenger numbers will be around 92% of pre-COVID-19 levels, with domestic passenger traffic at about 89%."
