Lessor AerCap Holdings has reported a net profit of US$1.1 billion for the quarter to September 30, an increase of 151.2% from US$440 million in the same months in 2022. “Our underlying business continues to perform well and demand for our assets remains robust,” AerCap CEO, Aengus Kelly, said.

Brisbane Airport Corporation has announced a A$5 billion (US$3.2 billion) upgrade of its domestic and international terminals in preparation for the city’s hosting of the 2032 Summer Olympic Games.

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited’s 100% subsidiary, China Asset Leasing Company Limited, has reported a net profit of 394 million yuan (US$54 million) for the nine months to September 30, up 12.6% from a 350 million yuan profit in the same months in 2022.

Safran has booked revenue of 5.8 billion euro (US$6.2 billion) for the three months to September 30, higher by 20.1% from 4.8 billion euro in the same quarter last year. “Safran continues to enjoy strong market tailwinds with narrow-body air traffic trending well above pre-crisis levels resulting in strong demand for CFM56 spare parts. Our priority remains to ramp-up production while we still operate in a constrained supply chain environment,” Safran CEO, Olivier Andriès, said.

Travelport and EVA Airways have expanded their expand distribution agreement with NDC Collaboration.
