Read More » The group’s president and CEO, Peter Foster, said. “I am delighted to share our success today by announcing the next stage in our journey to becoming a public company with the start of unconditional dealings on the LSE. The event reflects the strong foundations of the Air Astana Group and the compelling prospect of increased air travel across our key markets,” he said. Around 5% of the group’s shares have been purchased, at a current value of US$ 41.99 million, by The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
