Australia’s international air travel reached 90.8% of pre-pandemic traffic in November

Airlines flew 3.1 million passengers into and out of Australia last November against 2.4 million customers in the same 30 days in 2022, figures from the country's Bureau of Infrastructure and Transport Research Economics (BITRE) show. Australia’s flag carrier, Qantas Airways, was the country's largest international airline by passenger numbers for the month, with a 17.1% market share, ahead of Qantas Group LCC, Jetstar, (10.8%), Singapore Airlines (9.4%) and Air New Zealand (7.7%).
