Singapore Airlines Group 100% owned subsidiary, Scoot, has signed for the Embraer Collaborative Inventory Planning (ECIP) program to support the entry of the E190-E2 into the LCC’s fleet later this year.

Japan’s vertiport development and management company, SkyScape, has committed to using Eve Air Mobility's urban air traffic management platform.

Still with Eve, the company has named Aciturri as the developer and manufacturer of its electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft wing skins and spars, and Crouzet as the supplier of the aircraft's pilot controls.

Cebu Pacific Air has ordered Pratt & Whitney geared turbofan engines for an additional 10 A321neo and five A320neo and agreed a contract for the engine maker's EngineWise Comprehensive maintenance program.

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited will purchase 40 CFM International LEAP-1A engines.

Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China has finalised orders from Tibet Airlines for 40 C919s and 10 ARJ21s and also six ARJ21s from Henan Aviation Investment. The Henan company will use the aircraft for fire fighting, medical and emergency rescue operations.

Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) is adding four wide-bodies to its fleet with a confirmed order for four 787-9s from Boeing. “Royal Brunei Airlines has been operating the 787-8 for the last 10 years. This order will ensure we continue with a product our customers have come to enjoy,” RBA CEO, Sabirin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, said. “The new fleet will allow us to tap into more growth areas, strengthening our market appeal and enabling us to provide a superior travel experience for our guests.” RBA has four 787-8s in its current fleet.

ST Engineering and Honeywell extend their partnership for the service and repair of mechanical, avionics and LEAP engine components, with ST Engineering remaining a member of the Honeywell channel partner network and a licensed repair centre for Honeywell components.

Spirit Aerosystems has announced the opening of its engineering design centre in Subang, Malaysia, which the company’s senior vice president, chief technology officer and chief engineer, Dr Sean Black, said created opportunities for offering design-and-build capabilities in the Asia-Pacific.

Boeing and Thai Airways International held a signing ceremony at the air show to mark the airline's recently announced order for 45 787-9s, to be powered by GEnx engines, and options for more than 80 of the type.
