Bamboo Airways to retire Embraer fleet

Bamboo Airways has announced it will withdraw its Embraer E190s from service by the end of next month, operating from early April as an A320 family aircraft only carrier. Read More » The decision is part of the Vietnamese airline’s recovery program. The carrier also let go three 87-9s last year. The fleet restructuring will result in Bamboo cancelling destinations with runways too short to accommodate A320s. The airline said it will resume the suspended routes after the government expands the affected airports.
