Air China has appointed Yan Fei as the airline group’s vice president following a review and approval from the Nomination Committee of the Company's Board of Directors, the company said earlier this week. SWISS has named Dennis Weber as chief financial officer. Weber, who heads investor relations at Lufthansa Group, will move to SWISS on May 1. SWISS also has decided to add the chief operating officer CCO) role to the management board “to give greater weighting to the company’s core activity”. Oliver Buchhofer, head of operations at SWISS is its new COO.
