Sichuan Airlines to resume flights to Auckland in April

On April 17 Sichuan Airlines will inaugurate Chengdu–Auckland flights. Read More » The route will be operated once a week starting from April 27 with Airbus A350-900 aircraft. April flights will be the carrier’s return to New Zealand, after the Chengdu-Auckland route was suspended in February 2020. Previously Sichuan Airlines operated flights from Chengdu Shuangliu airport, while the new service will be using Chengdu Tianfu airport opened in June 2021.
