Airbus said it had ended discussions with ATOS about the potential acquisition of the company's Big Data & Security division.
China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings has reported net profit fell 61.5% to HK$28.3 million (US$4 million) in the 12 months to December 31 2023, from HK$73.6 million in the prior year. Revenue rose 14.2% to HK$4.8 billion, the company said in a regulatory filing. Adjusted profit, which excluded one-time and exceptional items, was up 410.8% to HK$184.9 million. "Following several positive adjustments in 2023, the global aviation industry is poised to a new round of growth, driven by strong demand rebound and improved airline profitability, along with enormous development opportunities emerged," CALC CEO, Mike Poon, said.
