All Nippon Airways introducing 787-10 to domestic network

All Nippon Airways (ANA) said its first domestic configured 787-10s will commence flying on March 27. Read More » The Star Alliance member's inaugural route for the new domestic-configured 787-10s is the NH59 from Tokyo Haneda to Sapporo New Chitose. The Boeing wide-body, which is equipped with 28 premium class and 401 economy class seats, will replace the 405-seat 777-200ERs ANA operates across Japan. ANA's international-configured 787-10s, by comparison, have 294 seats: 38 in business, 21 in premium economy and 235 in economy. ANA said the 787-10 is the next generation flagship aircraft for its domestic flying. It is planned to fly the type on other trunk routes such as Haneda-Fukuoka.
