Air cargo conglomerate, Challenge Group, has launched a twice weekly freighter service between Liège and Mumbai after taking delivery of its second 767-300 converted freighter aircraft.

Australia’s Civil Aviation Safety Authority has issued domestic carrier, Rex, with certification for its 737NG full flight simulator the airline has installed at its Mascot headquarters in Sydney. The simulator was moved to Rex from the Ansett Aviation Training facility in Brisbane.

France-based TotalEnergies and Hong Kong-listed Sinopec Corp have signed a heads of agreement to build a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production facility at Sinopec's refinery in China. It will be capable of producing 230,000 tons of SAF a year from local waste or residues such as cooking oils and animal fats.
