Air Astana LCC granted Air Operator Certificate

Air Astana has announced its low-cost carrier, FlyArystan, has received its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan (AAK). Read More » Since its launch in 2019, FlyArystan has flown under Air Astana’s AOC. Now, with its own AOC, FlyArystan can align operations more effectively with the LCC model and pursue growth opportunities, the Air Astana Group said. “Operationally, it will ensure greater efficiency and recognition among aviation authorities worldwide. It enables FlyArystan to receive its own IATA code, expand distribution globally and partner with other airlines,” it added.
