Malaysia Airlines has chosen RECARO Seating’s CL3810 seat for the economy cabins of its new A330neo. It is the first carrier in Southeast Asia to feature the seat type.

CDB Aviation announced on April 4 it had executed a Sustainability Linked Loan (“SLL”) transaction on March 26, 2024 anchored with a $506 million unsecured term loan facility.

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) has signed an AED 2.75 billion (US$750 million) 5-year unsecured term loan with Emirates NBD Bank P.J.S.C. The loan will be used for general corporate purposes and to support DAE’s future financing needs.

C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, has purchased an E190 aircraft from Nordic Aviation Capital. After the Embraer jet is disassembled in Portugal, its parts will be added to C&L’s growing E170/190 inventory at the company’s main headquarters in Maine in the U.S.

VAS Aero Services and Dortmund-based Dr. Peters Group, an investment fund management firm and lessor with assets in aviation, real estate and shipping, have announced four A380s have been placed with VAS for reclamation and redistribution of high-demand A380 Used Serviceable Material.
