Air China posts 32% increase in passengers in March

Air China flew 12.4 million passengers last month, up from the 9.4 million customers it transported in March 2023. Read More » Domestic passenger numbers were 20% higher, at 10.8 million, and international passengers carried jumped 541.7% to 1.3 million air travellers. The Star Alliance member's traffic update said capacity rose 33.1% in the month and passenger load factor improved 8.9 percentage points to 78.5%. The airline group held 911 aircraft at March 31 after it added three 737 family aircraft to its fleet in the reported 31 days.
