China Eastern Airlines carving out bigger China-Japan market share

From now to mid-May, China Eastern Airlines (CEA) is rolling out additional frequency on eight of its routes into Japan. Read More » The network upgrades are: Shanghai-Osaka Kansai five times daily, Shanghai-Fukuoka to three a day, Shanghai-Nagoya also three times a day, double daily Shanghai-Tokyo Haneda, Shanghai-Okayama five a week and Shanghai-Shizuoka four weekly. Beyond Shanghai, CEA will increase Qingdao-Tokyo Narita to three flights weekly and Xi’An -Tokyo Narita to two and then three services a week at a date to be confirmed.
