Thai AirAsia introduces more frequency from Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi

On July 1, Thai AirAsia (TAA) will add a fifth nonstop route from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi when it resumes flying to Hat Yai in southern Thailand. Read More » Daily Suvarnabhumi-Hat Yai will join the LCC’s eight times a day service to Hat Yai from Bangkok Don Mueang. TAA head of commercial, Tansita Akraritpirom, said Don Mueang-Hat Yai's average passenger load factor since the start of 2023 to today was 95%, highlighting strong demand between Bangkok and Hat Yai. “We thank the people of Songkla’s Hat Yai and its vicinity as well as the many travellers who have supported AirAsia’s route to Hat Yai,” Tansita said. “All of you led us to resume Suvarnabhumi–Hat Yai. We are very glad to offer you the convenience of choosing to fly out of Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi airports.” TAA flies from Suvarnabhumi to Chiang Mai, Krabi, Phuket and Kuala Lumpur.
