Air India and All Nippon Airways to codeshare on Japan-India routes

Air India and All Nippon Airways (ANA) have signed a commercial agreement to codeshare on flights between the two countries. Read More » Air India will place its AI airline code on ANA's Tokyo Haneda-Delhi and Tokyo Narita-Mumbai rotations and ANA will have its NH code on Air India's Narita-Delhi route. Tickets sales for the codeshare services began on April 23 for travel from May 23. The two Star Alliance members plan to increase their codeshare destinations. “We look forward to building this strategic partnership with Air India. It is a significant step towards furthering stronger air connectivity and enhancing customer experience between Japan and India,” ANA executive vice president of alliances and international affairs, Katsuya Goto, said. Air India chief commercial and transformation officer, Nipun Aggarwal, said: “This collaboration broadens our network connectivity. It offers our guests seamless travel experiences and a wider choice of flights between the two countries.”
