Korean Air in talks with Boeing about 777X deal

Korean Air Lines (KAL) is in discussion with Boeing about a minimum of 10 777X jetliners, Reuters Agency reports. Read More » Earlier this year, KAL finalized a commitment for 33 A350 jets. In a recent CNBC interview, KAL chairman and CEO, Walter Cho, said: “We are not done yet. We are still talking with Boeing. We have been their customer. We have been their user for a long, long time. A satisfied customer of their 777s and that is what I'm looking at right now. Hopefully, we soon will be announcing that as well.”
