Japan Airlines flew 3.1% more domestic passengers in July against a year ago

Japan Airlines (JAL) transported three million passengers on its domestic network last month from the 2.9 million air travellers it transported in the same days last year. Read More » Domestic capacity was flat for the reported period, JAL said, with passenger load factor 2.7 percentage points higher, at 75.8%. There also was growth for the oneworld alliance member's international services, with passenger numbers rising 7.4%, to 636,203 from 592,485 air travellers in July 2023. JAL's international capacity increased 5% and passenger load factor was down half a percentage point at 82.9%.
