Cathay Pacific has announced Zhang Zhuo Ping has resigned as a non-executive director of the company to take up a new role as senior advisor with John Swire & Sons Limited in China. Read More » Augustus Tang Kin Wing, a director of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited (JS&SHK) and Air China Cargo Co., Ltd, has been appointed a Cathay Pacific non-executive director. JS&SHK is a Swire Group subsidiary, the holding company of Swire Pacific and the owner of 44.99% of Cathay Pacific ordinary shares.
Air China said Li Fushen has resigned as a non-executive director after reaching retirement age. The company expects to name his successor within three months.
