Cathay Pacific headed to Texas

Cathay Pacific has added an eighth destination in North America to its route network with the airline to commence nonstop flights to Dallas/Fort Worth in Texas from April 24 next year from its Hong Kong hub. Read More » The airline has scheduled four weekly flights on the route, which will be served with A350-1000 equipment. "With our Cathay Pacific codeshares as well as other flight options, customers can connect to over 190 domestic destinations in the United States, as well as 11 destinations in Central and South America via DFW, further enhancing Hong Kong’s connectivity with North America," Cathay Group chief customer and commercial officer, Lavinia Lau, said. Currently, the oneworld alliance member flies to Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco in the U.S., as well as Toronto and Vancouver in Canada. In addition to the new Dallas/Fort Worth service, Cathay is also increasing its weekly schedule to North America from its existing 88 return flights a week to 108 return flights a week by May next year.
