SpiceJet to add 10 aircraft to fleet in November

The Mumbai carrier added it is working to return to service another three aircraft by the end of next month. “This addition is crucial as we continue to meet growing demand for air travel while strengthening our operational capabilities,” SpiceJet chair and executive director, Ajay Singh, said. The airline’s recently completed 30 billion rupee (US$357 million) capital raising has positioned the carrier for improvement of its services and expansion of its network, he added.
