Tigerair Taiwan posts 39.65% revenue increase in first three quarters of 2024

Tigerair Taiwan, a subsidiary of China Airlines Group, has recorded cumulative revenue from January to September this year of NT$12.6 billion (US$392 million), an annual increase of 39.65% against the same months in 2023. At press time, the airline was flying 15 passenger jets to 28 destinations, 14 more routes than its 2019 schedule. The LCC serves four destinations in South Korea and 20 in Japan. It offers travellers the largest network to South Korea and Japan of any of local rivals with its fleet of all economy A320s, it said. Its “Tigerclub” frequent flyer program has 1.2 million members, it added.
