Read More » It is the Lion Air Group carrier’s second nonstop route to Don Mueang alongside existing flights from Kuala Lumpur. “Johor Bahru–Bangkok is expected to benefit Johor’s economy significantly by fostering new opportunities for tourism, trade and investment,” Batik Air CEO, Datuk Chandran Rama Muthy, said. "The enhanced connectivity positions Johor Bahru as an accessible gateway for international visitors arriving in Malaysia and encourages increased tourism spending within Johor." Batik Air is the second airline now flying Johor Bahru-Don Mueang alongside Thai AirAsia.
