Thai Airways International (THAI) and Dusit Foods and Pinto Hub are working together to introduce iconic Thai street food dishes to economy class passengers aboard international flights from Bangkok. Read More » The menus will include Khao Soi Kai from Khao Soi Lamduan Fah Ham, Crispy Noodles with Chicken in Thick Gravy from Nam Tian by Khanta, Chicken Massaman Rice with Fried Vegetables and Stir-fried Basil Chicken with Rice and Fried Egg from Ban Yi San. THAI said the menus highlight Thai cuisine as a global soft power, create opportunities for Thailand’s SMEs and support local farmers and small restaurants.
