Malaysia Airports reports “significant growth” in 2024

Read More » At the close of last year, 73 foreign airlines and six local carriers were operating to 138 international and 31 domestic destinations at the group’s airports. “The encouraging performance in 2024 highlights the collaborative efforts of Malaysia Airports, airline partners, government agencies and the tourism industry to position Malaysia as a premier destination," Malaysia Airports managing director, Dato’ Mohd Izani Ghani, said. "The addition of new airlines and destinations reflects growing confidence in the country as a hub for tourism and business travel. This year we aim to introduce 10 new airlines to our airports with a focus on key European and Asian markets.”
