Guangzhou Airport inaugurates four runway operations

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is now operating its fourth runway. Read More » China Southern Airlines (CSA) CZ6731 was the first aircraft to touch down on the new runway when it arrived from Sanya early on January 23. The runway is 3,400 meters long and 45 meters wide with an airfield index of 4E, meeting the requirements for take-off and landing of large E-class aircraft. The runway is equipped with the world's leading navigation system that can guide aircraft take-offs and landings in all directions. It is the only four runway airport in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Construction of the airport’s fifth runway is being planned.
