Cebu Pacific has added a customer service tool powered by generative artificial intelligence (AI). Read More » Initially, the new AI Agent developed in partnership with Ada will help the LCC’s customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes and travel documentation requirements. Potential future uses under consideration include proactive notifications, multilingual support and recommendations for travellers. “Cebu Pacific has always been at the forefront of innovation, striving to provide extraordinary travel experiences,” Cebu Pacific chief marketing and customer experience officer, Candice Iyog, said. “Partnering with Ada allows us to set a new benchmark in customer service by leveraging AI to better serve our passengers. This milestone underlines our commitment to providing quick and seamless solutions to our customers while optimising operations.”
