Etihad Cargo will grow its freighter schedule to China to 18 flights a week this year from 11 flights weekly in 2024 as market demand grows in the areas of e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, perishables, and other critical shipments. Read More » The operator has wet leased a 747F freighter to support the increased freighter services that include an additional three flights a week to Shenzhen and two more flights a week to London Stansted. “Etihad Cargo continues to invest in expanding its network and capacity to support the evolving needs of global trade,” Etihad Cargo chief cargo officer, Stanislas Brun, said. “The introduction of additional capacity and flights to Shenzhen and London Stansted demonstrate our commitment to meeting customer demand with increased availability and connectivity across key trade routes.”
