Airbus and Spirit AeroSystems have signed a definitive agreement covering the transfer of ownership of various production sites to the Toulouse-headquartered air framer and a payment of US$439 million. The transaction will be finalized by September.

Malaysia Airlines and Atout France have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop initiatives to increase visitors to Paris.

SATS 100% subsidiary, WFS, has opened a US$270 million cargo terminal at New York JFK airport consolidating four cargo zones into a single precinct.

ST Engineering signed S$1.3 billion (US$990 million) in new commercial aerospace business in the three months to March 31 for MRO, aero structures and systems work.
