MTU Aero Engines has warned of a potential tariff impact calculated at US$57 million or higher this year if tariff mitigation measures are not put in place.

U.S. president Trump said on Wednesday Raytheon Technologies and IBM may win the contract to modernize the U.S. air traffic control system.

Addressing threatened U.S. tariffs, Airbus has called for a swift return to a 1979 agreement with 30 countries that ensures duty-free trading for aircraft and parts.

AerCap Holdings reported a 2025 first quarter net profit of $643 million, or $3.43 a share, a 3% year-over-year increase in revenue.

Rolls-Royce estimates it can offset the impact of global tariffs and stay on track to achieve its profit targets.
