Singapore Airlines Group has signed an agreement with Neste for the supply of 1,000 tonnes of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) produced at the energy company’s Singapore refinery and uplifted at Changi Airport. Separately, SIA Group, which includes operating airlines Singapore Airlines and Scoot, has agreed with World Energy to purchase 2,000 tonnes of SAF in the form of emissions reductions. “This allows the Group to claim associated emissions reductions without physical fuel delivery,” SIA said.
ST Engineering said revenue in the three months to March 31 increased 8% to S$2.9 billion (US$2.2 billion). Commercial aerospace revenue was flat in the three months at S$1.2 billion “against a high base” in the previous corresponding quarter, the company said.
