Read More » The Star Alliance member's first resumed flights to the Gulf States were scheduled from today (June 25). Operations to Europe began to be reinstated on June 24. However, the flag carrier has not announced a date for re-starting its network to North America saying instead it will resume the services “at the earliest opportunity”. “Some flights may experience delays or cancellations due to consequential impacts and extended re-routings/flight times, but we are committed to minimizing disruptions and restoring our schedule integrity,” Air India said. “Air India will continue to avoid airspaces assessed as unsafe at any given time. The safety and security of our passengers, staff and aircraft remain our top priority.” Opening of airspace across the Middle East followed a reported Iran-Israel ceasefire.
