Philippine Airlines (PAL) said the first of its nine A350-1000s on order with Airbus had reached the air framer's Toulouse production assembly line. It is due to be delivered to PAL in the final quarter of the year followed by another eight of the type at later dates.
Taipei Songshan Airport has selected SITA to equip it with facial biometric check in and bag drop kiosks and a departure control system. Completion of the project is scheduled for December.
Vinh City Airport will close for six months on July 1 to complete terminal, runway, taxiways and apron upgrades, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam said.
