QantasLink selects E-190 for Network Aviation fleet renewal

QantasLink has chosen the Embraer 190 jet for fleet renewal at its Western Australia-based regional carrier, Network Aviation. Read More » QantasLink is phasing out its Fokker F100s and will replace them with 14 E190s. Qantas is assessing sourcing options for mid-life E190s and targeting the first aircraft to be based at Network Aviation by year-end 2026. Additionally, Qantas has announced four A320s, made available from the closure of Jetstar Asia, will be flying with the carrier from December. “This fleet renewal is a significant investment in the future of our regional aviation capabilities and our commitment to serving the critical resources sector and regional communities in Western Australia. The E190 is a proven platform operating across Australia today. It will deliver improved operational efficiency and reliability, and also create opportunities for our people in the West,” QantasLink CEO, Rachel Yangoyan, said.
