The Association of Asia Pacific Airlines said more than 300 delegates from 35 airlines attended its Asia Pacific Aviation Safety Seminar in Manila earlier this month. The next AAPA safety summit will be held in 2027 with the host city yet to be decided.

FedEx has reported net profit of US$820 million for the three months to August 31, up 3.8% from the US$790 million it booked in the same three months in 2024. Revenue increased 2.8%, to US$22.2 billion, FedEx said in a regulatory filing. "Our earnings growth underscores the success of our strategic initiatives as we are flexing our network and reducing our cost-to-serve, while enhancing our value proposition and customer experience," FedEx CEO, Raj Subramaniam, said.
Korean Air is expanding the use of domestic produced SAF on its routes to Japan starting with blends on flights to Kobe and Osaka.
