Airbus, Leonardo and Thales have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a new company holding the trio’s space activities. Airbus will hold 35% of the joint business, while Leonardo and Thales will each have a 32.5% stake.
SITA has launched a new accounting program, AeroCost Manager, for airlines to track the cost of aircraft operations such as jet fuel, ground handling, navigation, overflight fees, take-off and landing charges, and crew transfers and accommodation.
ST Engineering reported its commercial aerospace unit signed S$1.4 billion (US$1.1 billion) in new contract wins in the three months to September 30 2025.
Vietjet and training company Airways Aviation have signed a partnership for the LCC’s Vietjet Aviation Academy to rollout pilot training programs in Europe.
In other Vietjet news, the company has declared a share dividend under which shareholders will receive 20 new shares for every 100 they already own, with the issuance expected to occur during the fourth quarter of the year.
