Air India adds more flights to South East Asia for winter escapes

Air India is boosting its winter schedule to Bali, Kuala Lumpur and Manila in Southeast Asia as Indians look for a warm escape during the end-of-year break. Read More » The airline has added three more flights a week on Delhi-Bali and Delhi-Kuala Lumpur, lifting both routes to 10 flights a week. On Delhi-Manila, the Star Alliance member will fly daily from the middle of December, representing an increase of two flights a week from its current schedule. All routes are served with three-class A320 family aircraft with either new or refreshed economy, premium economy and business cabins. "In response to surging winter travel demand, Air India has increased frequencies to three of Southeast Asia’s most popular sunshine destinations," Air India said. "The added frequency to and from these three Southeast Asian destinations also enable passengers to take convenient one-stop connections via Delhi to destinations across Air India’s international network spanning five continents, including key destinations in Europe, Middle East and North America."
