Qatar Airways increases schedule to key Asia-Pacific destinations

Qatar Airways will fly 17 times a week to Kuala Lumpur from its Doha hub from December 17, up from twice daily currently, in response to the strong demand for air travel. Read More » The oneworld alliance member is also adding more seats to Singapore by upgauging select services from A350-900 to the A380 from January 12 next year. There will be more seats to Shanghai in the new year, with Qatar Airways' schedule update showing 10 flights a week to Pudong in the three-month period between January 1 and March 28, up from a seven times weekly offering currently. "This increase in flight frequency is part of the airline’s broader winter schedule enhancements, which have already introduced additional frequencies to more than 15 major destinations," Qatar Airways said.
