Korean Air opens new lounge at Incheon hub

Korean Air (KAL) today (January 14) reopened its Prestige East (Left) passenger lounge located at Seoul Incheon Airport’s Terminal 2. Read More » The lounge has been refurbished to include new features, such as a station for customers to customise their instant noodle order, a space for travellers to take part in cooking classes in partnership with Grand Hyatt Incheon and an arcade room to keep young ones entertained with photo booths, air hockey tables and car racing games. "By offering memorable, hands-on experiences at the airport lounge before departures, the new lounge significantly expands the range of choices available to the airline’s passengers," KAL said. "It is expected to be particularly popular among families traveling with children as well as younger age groups." The Skyteam alliance member said the reopening of the lounge was part of a broader infrastructure works program at Incheon Terminal 2 ahead of its integration with Asiana Airlines.
