Crowds gather in Taipei to catch the last glimpse of All Nippon Airways Star Wars-themed jet

According to Taiwan’s Central News Agency (CNA) report, the arrival of the jet drew a crowd of aviation and Star Wars franchise enthusiasts, many of whom gathered early Wednesday at the Terminal 2 north observation deck at Taipei Taoyuan airport. To accommodate the interest, Taoyuan International Airport Corp. arranged for the aircraft to park at a designated gate and provided live-streamed footage, allowing fans unable to attend in person to follow the event online. The jet’s arrival in Taiwan marked the end of its run as a Star Wars-themed aircraft.
