Thai Airways said it has expanded its strategic relationship with Amadeus, selecting three advanced retailing solutions - Altéa NDC, Air Dynamic Pricing, and Anytime Merchandising - to deliver more personalized, consistent, and context-aware offers across all channels.
ST Engineering today announced that its Commercial Aerospace business has entered into a multi-year engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) agreement with Xiamen Airlines to support the airline’s CFM LEAP-1A engines with their first Performance Restoration Shop Visit (PRSV).
Korean Air (KAL) has launched the "Korean Air AI Chatbot," a new generative AI-based service integrated directly into its website and mobile app. Powered by generative AI and trained on extensive datasets, including airline regulations and operational policies, the new chatbot goes beyond traditional, scripted responses.

CAE is adding a 7000XR full-flight simulator for Boeing’s 777X airliner at its training center in Singapore. The equipment is now being installed and will be available for use from next fall, pending approval from Singapore’s aviation regulator.
IBA Group Limited and Shannon Technical Services (STS) have announced a new partnership designed to meet increasing demand from aircraft lessors, airlines, and MROs for integrated aircraft data, advisory, and technical support services. The partnership is strategically focused on specific areas where the technical and advisory capabilities of IBA and STS complement one another. Rather than a broad service integration, the agreement establishes a structured approach to co-operation on defined technical functions, including engine borescope inspections, CAMO and Part 21 services, enhanced by aircraft valuations and aviation data.
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced that the 2026 World Cargo Symposium (WCS) will focus on "Advancing Air Cargo in a Dynamic World". Under this theme, the symposium will take stock of changing global trade conditions as it examines regulatory priorities, developments in special cargo, and progress on digitalization in specialized streams. WCS will be held in Lima, Peru from 10 to 12 March hosted by LATAM Cargo. It is the first time the event will be held in South America.
