BOC Aviation has appointed Jason Chi Wai Yeung as an independent non-executive director of the company. Read More » The appointment was approved by shareholders at the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) held yesterday (June 2). Yeung is currently an independent non-executive director at China Minsheng Banking Corp, as well as the chief compliance and risk management officer at Fung Holdings (1937).
Still with BOC Aviation, the conclusion of the AGM marked the end of Robert Martin’s term of service with the company as a non-executive director. Martin was also a previous CEO of BOC Aviation. "By mutual agreement, Mr Martin’s term of service will not be renewed due to his desire to devote more time to his personal endeavours," BOC Aviation said in a regulatory filing. "The board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Martin for his invaluable contributions and leadership during his tenure with the company."
