Read More » The two South Korean powerhouse brands will combine their respective aviation and financial expertise to enhance customer services. The collaboration will explore ways to integrate both companies’ loyalty programs with technologies such as fintech, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital assets. The companies will also collaborate on new initiatives, such as developing aviation-themed financial products and safety-management insurance programs for the transport sector. “This strategic partnership with Samsung Financial Networks strengthens our competitiveness as a global network carrier. We will continue to explore diverse avenues to deliver innovative services by combining our global aviation network with advanced financial solutions,” KAL’s representative said.
